Qualitative Filter Papers

We offer three different qualities of filter paper for qualitative filtration. The variants are:

  • Filterking Filter Paper: This paper is made from most premium virgin pulp. The quality is consistent batch after batch. This filter paper can replace Whatman No.1. We suggest that one must test Filterking vis-à-vis Whatman No.1.

  • Filterman Filter Paper: Another qualitative filter paper can compete with any other pulp based filter paper.

  • Filterex Filter Paper: This environment friendly filter paper is machine-made and is a substitute to hand made filter paper. Our filter paper is as economical as handmade paper, but provides better performance than handmade filter paper.

  • Sizes: 5 cm, 7 cm, 9 cm, 11 cm, 15 cm, 24 cm, 30 cm, 32 cm.
  • Sheet Form: 46 x 57 cm, 63 x 63 cm
  • Customized sizes are available on special request

    • Filter Paper for Electroplating

    Most of the leading Electroplaters in India today are using our filter paper. Our filter paper is CUT TO SIZE for electroplating. This has many advantages, resulting in savings. Some of the areas where it would result in savings are:

    • Manpower: No need to put resources to cut the paper.
    • Expensive Chemicals: Proper pore size ensures that required impurities are filtered out. The perfect fit paper ensures no unfiltered electrolyte passes through.
    • Efficient Filtration: This paper is made using fresh and right grade of pulp to ensure perfect construction of paper.
    • Improved Quality:All the qualitative inputs ensure that you get batch after batch perfect filtration. This results in reduced faults in electroplating.

    • Filterking Filter Paper/Filterman Filter Paper–For replacement of hand-made filter paper
    • Filterex Filter Paper – Pure pulp based filter papersm

    • We also provide pure pulp based, filter pads for very fine filtration in Electroplating.

      • Short Blast Filters/Powder Coating Filters

      The Short Blast Filter cartridges or Post Filters offered by us are used in Powder Coating process. The filter medium used in Short Blast Filters has the perfect efficiency in terms of MERV value, which makes it a preferred filter available in the market. Moreover, the strong structure enables the Short Blast Filters, offered by us, to withstand stress of continuous blasts.

      Paint Booth Filters

      We cater to both wet as well as dry paint lines. In a good paint shop, air has to be dust free. The air has to be filtered at entry level (ASU Air Supply Unit), in the paint booth (Ceiling Filters, Floor Filters), and in the oven (Oven Filters), all of which, we provide according to specific individual requirements.

      Anode Bags

      The unmatched manufacturing process makes these Polypropylene (PP) bags the very best in quality.

      Features:

      1. Thermally Sealed at edges to stop fraying of fabric
      2. 100% PP bags, even stitching is done with PP thread
      3. The strings (duses) are also made of the similar PP woven fabric unlike competitors.

        4. All these features provide consistent filtration with very long life. This makes our bags the most economical and efficient.

      Seed Germination Papers

      The Seed Germination Paper, offered by us, is made from pure wood pulp. It can withstand good quantity of moisture and has good wet strength. It is available in brown and white shades in the form of rolls or sheets.

      2. It can hold good quantity of moisture.

      ETP Filters

      These ready to use Effluent Treatment Plant Filter Cloth are completely tailor made from 100% pure PP Cloth and has stitching done with PP Yarn. The product is widely preferred by clients for the long working life and consistent filtration.

      Cutting Oil Filter Rolls

      Our Cutting Oil Filter Rolls have been termed as the best available in markets across the country. The Cutting Oil Filter Rolls, offered by us, are widely used in several applications from ordinary drilling, grinding, honing machines to sophisticated tool grinding machines like Walter, Germany.

      The Cutting Oil Filter Roll, offered by us, is made from Filter Media that is 20 GSM to 200 GSM and size ranges from 25 Meters to 100 meters length, depending on the GSM on the material.

      Filter Pads

      Our Filter Pads are made on high tech machines using fresh pulp. Therefore, our pads provide excellent flow rate and top-notch performance grade. These Filter Pads are available in varied size ranges of 300 to 400 GSM. The Filter Pads offered by us are fibrous in nature, are multi layered that provide double filtration mechanism.

      1. Filtration throughout media for fine particles.
      2. Surface and cake filtration for large particles.
      3. Very low to very high particle removal.
      4. Available in Sheet form or are cut to size.

      Quantitative/Ashless Filter Paper

      We offer three different qualities of filter paper for quantitative filtration. The variants are:

      Filterking Ashless 40A: This is a high purity general purpose ashless filter paper suitable for quantitative analysis of a multitude of analytical filtration applications. This filter paper can replace Whatman No. 40. We suggest that one must test Filterking Ashless 40A vis-à-vis Whatman No. 40.

      Features:

      1. Commonly used for gravimetric analysis
      2. Medium Speed Filtration
      3. Nominal particle retention of 8 micron
      4. Maximum ash content of 0.007%

      Filterking Ashless 41A: This is the fastest ashless filter paper in the Filterking Ashless range used for quantitative analysis of air and soil. This filter paper can replace Whatman No. 41. We suggest that one must test Filterking Ashless 41A vis-à-vis Whatman No. 41.

      Features:

      1. Commonly used for air pollution and soil pollution analysis
      2. Fast Speed Filtration
      3. Nominal particle retention of 20 micron
      4. Maximum ash content of 0.007%

      Filterking Ashless 42A: This is the finest ashless filter paper in the Filterking Ashless range used for extremely fine gravimetric analysis and sample preparation for ultra-sensitive instrumental analysis. This filter paper can replace Whatman No. 42. We suggest that one must test Filterking Ashless 42A vis-à-vis Whatman No.42.

      1. Commonly used for exceptionally fine particle retention in sensitive instrumentation
      2. Slow Speed Filtration
      3. Nominal particle retention of 2.5 micron
      4. Maximum ash content of 0.007%

      Filter Bags

      These liquid filter bags are produced using top quality materials such as PP (Polypropylene), PES (Polyester) and Nylon guaranteeing top filtration results every single time. These filters work using pressure filtration technique, wherein, the impure liquid is allowed to pass through the bag with dust settling inside the bag itself letting only pure liquid out. The said technique also allows replacing the filter bag very easily. These bags are available in a wide range of sizes and micron ratings to fulfil customized requirements and assure top filtration performance.

      Pleated Filter Cartridges

      Dust Collector Filter Bags

      These precision made non-woven dust collector filter bags are constructed from a wide variety of high strength, durable and top quality materials such as PP (Polypropylene) micro fiber, PES (Polyester), Nylon, Aramids (Nomex, Kevlar), Polyamides, PPS and many more with varied coating options including Moisture-Repellent, Anti-Adhesive, Anti-Static, Glazed, PTFE Laminated, Singed and Calendared to maximize cake release, filtration efficiency and product durability. These bags are available in a plethora of sizes and varied top types including internal grooved snap band, rope cuff, flange collar, corded and many more.
